KNIFE CLAMP WEAR BLADE
Wear blades for clamps are produced with the same material, technology and know-how used by Demuth in its traditional manufacturing knives.
BED-KNIVES
Bed-Knives manufactured for different types of chippers. They have, in the cut surface, a special anti-wear alloy, providing durability, wear resistance and strength to the part.
ROTOR REFURBISHING
The rotors for the drum chippers are manufactured and refurbished by Demuth, also our own manufacturing machines, as to others brands equipments, maintaining the original manufacturing characteristics.
KNIFE CLAMP
Clamps produced by Demuth knives are designed for durability and abrasion resistance during his performance at the chippers.
Special anti-wear coating is placed over the impact surface of the chips.
ANTI COATING WEAR
Demuth offers several alternatives of surface coated with an anti-wear particles applied through jet process alloy adding durability, impact resistance, and particularly abrasion.
WEAR PLATES
Wear plates with helical profile and anti-wear coating for disc chippers of any brand or origin.
Manufactured through projects developed in CAD/CAM system next generation, which simulates the assembly in equipment and allows for the removal of possible interference.
